I am a particle physicist specializing in QCD theory. I recently (May 2018) completed my Ph.D at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, studying under Zack Sullivan. I now live in Santa Monica, CA and am seeking a high-level software development or data analysis job that can harness my problem solving and coding skills.

My research areas include:

  • Using spectral power to investigate jet physics and QCD.

  • Boosted bottom jet tagging at the LHC and beyond.

  • The stability of floating point arithmetic and random sampling.

In addition to my extensive practical experience with theoretical physics and the Standard Model, I am an expert in C++11, Python, parallel computing, CUDA, the Wolfram language (i.e. Mathematica), LaTeX, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and GNU+Linux. I can also read and edit FORTRAN.
